Research
MÖBIUS is involved in several research projects in order to actively develop and offer state-of-the-art methodology and tooling to its customers.

Business Process Management related research:
  • BPM research centre: 
    • This research centre is created to offer high-level and up-to-date information on BPM (methodologies, benchmark results, best practices, lessons learned, used tools,...), and to develop, detect, validate and diffuse new management concepts and theories in the field of Business Process Management in a Belgian and European context.
    • White paper Postion Statement BPM
  • Banking Research: This research targets the banking sector and analyses the activities in the branches in order to get insight in their performance. The objective is to improve the time usage in the branch network.
  • Sales X-Ray: This research is about identifying what triggers a successful sale during an inbound telephone call.
  • Telephone X-Ray: This research has identified the determinants of customer satisfaction in telephone services.
  • IVR Research: This research has identified the callers' satisfaction determinants regarding IVR systems.
Supply Chain Management related research:
  • the ECLIPS project: This research project aims at improving the state-of-the-art in statistical forecasting for product introduction/end-of-life, improving supply chain profit through multi-echelon cyclic planning and improving product lifecycle management.
  • SC Risk: MÖBIUS in cooperation with Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School, is developing an end-to-end approach for dealing with Supply Chain Risks.
  • the OptiMobile project:  OptiMobile offers location intelligence in reaching your customer. OptiMobile minimises your global cost and carbon footprint in retail and distribution networks.
