The University Medical Centre St-Radboud in Nijmegen is one of the leading university hospitals in the Netherlands, focusing on patient care, education and research. The Process Improvement & Innovation (PVI) team propagates knowledge, coaches and conducts projects in quality improvement, financial optimization, patient logistics and safety. The team of 35 experts has experience in over 300 improvement tracks on hospital as well as on national level, under which the renowned “Sneller, Beter” and “Werken zonder Wachtlijst. An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong internal position drives PVI to share their experience and offer their services to healthcare organizations.
