Redesign

MÖBIUS offers four ways of re-engineering your IT organisation:

Optimising the process of IT requirements identification.Developing a customised approach to identifying IT capabilities by translating business flow charts into technical models of software assets.
Introducing or optimising enterprise architecture.
Creating a multi-layer, organisation-wide enterprise architecture, equipped with the processes needed to realise and maintain it.
Introducing a process-oriented development approach. Based on the international Rational Unified Process standard, we assist in implementing a customised process-oriented and iterative development approach.
Assistance in vendor selection. Assistance in compiling a Request for implementation/Request for proposal and selecting the ideal vendor.

Implement
MÖBIUS assists with the entire implementation of the required process-driven applications. Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) enable process owners to separate the process logic from its underlying technology. Process owners therefore remain in control of the process and are able to adjust it on the basis of real time data.
